William H. Bonney, better known as Billy the Kid, was an American outlaw and gunfighter of the Old West who was linked to nine murders.

I was raised on the Smurfs, Snorks, Thundercats and He-Man cartoons.

When I was six years old we sold everything in a garage sale. I made an impressive $20 selling my He-Man action figures, Castle of Grayskull, G.I. Joe's and every little thing I had.

I thought it would be fun to put my money in a small wooden box and bury it with a long white string tied to it coming out of the dirt, it would be my buried treasure. I never found the money. We weaved around the US from state to state in an RV.

I slept above the driver seat, in a loft style bed, which I thought was the coolest thing.

William Winston Kidd began his racing career at age ten at Stowe, Vermont, going on to the University of Colorado, skiing for the school's ski team.

Towards the end of our journey we went through Death Valley. Running around in Scooby-doo underwear, it was hot, a bag of ice cost us $3.49 in 1987. We settled down in Scottsdale, AZ.

When I was 18, My son Brennan was born.
